GHRMA and GALS set 2005 work objective
|
March 18-19th, 2005 , the Chairman's Conference of the Guangdong Human Resource Management Association(GHRMA)and the Guangdong Association for Labour Studies(GALS) was held in Nanhai and Zhongshan. The 23 attendees from the government, higher education institutes and enterprises attended the meeting. The 2005 work objectives was mapped out which covers the following four main aspects:
1.Annual Meeting: The theme of the 2005 annual meeting is “Establish Harmonious Labour Relationship” and the whole year work of the GHRMA and GALS shall be centered and developed on this theme .The annual meeting of the GHRMA and GALS shall be held in the fashion of work conference, symposium and work demonstration seminar .
2.Compile two books: The two books are Enterprise Human Resource Management Training Manual and Membership Newsletter. The monthly Membership Newsletter aims to strengthen the exchange and communication among members, inform members in time the work developments of the GHRMA and GALS and publicize the management insight of members.
3.Organize three training programs: They are Labour Security Law&Policy training class, National/International Exchange seminar and Human Resource Management training class.
4.Fulfill four tasks: They are: 1) organize 2005 five key research projects, supplemented by social insurance and human resource management research programs.2) take initiative to broaden the coverage and increase the influence of the GHRMA and GALS. 3)enrich the information contents and enlarge the information amount .4)consolidate the structure/system construction of the GHRMA and GALS.
GHRMA and GALS shall, in 2005, follow the guideline (lay foundation, build/improve system, target on focus, strive for development) raised by President Sun Qingqi to accomplish the work objectives. |
